REFERER protection type

This is the most simple protection method based on a HTTP referrer header checking. HotlinkBlocker will simply check HTTP referrer value. If referrer points form a current site or form one of the sites listed in referrers whitelist request is allowed. All other referrers, including empty referrers are rejected.
