I only have one filter enabled for "/" pattern and "Transform absolute links" is enabled. However the absolute links are not getting rewritten for some reason. Please look at the links here:

"Contact Us" on the left and "About MUC" and the bottom of the page are not getting updated.

It looks like it only rewrites the link if the domain matches the current domain part of the URL. I actually need to rewrite the links pointing to other domains as well.

Unfortunately it is not possible with LinkFreeze. In other case it will brake your external links, we cannot tell anything whether LinkFreeze is installed on these remote servers and can decode URLs back.

Those are additional host headers for the same site. We are using them to display different content. Is there a way LinkFreeze could do matching against the list of host headers for the current site in metabase?
