Which program should I get, I want my dynamic ASP pages to use search engine freindly URL's. It seems like they both can do it. Which one am I better off purchasing?

All products has free trial period so you can try both. I would suggest you to use LinkFreeze if you don't want to bother with rules writing and editing your site pages.
