Any updates on whether or not ISAPI_Rewrite works with SharePoint? I can't seem to get the ISAPI_Rewrite to run at a higher priority than the stsfltr.dll.

Do you have any problems installing ISAPI_Rewrite with a Sharepoint?

Try removing the stsfltr.dll filter, load your filter and then reload stsfltr. Your filter must have priority = high.
