Having major issues.

Have installed ape on my windows server into the C:\ drive,

So i went to the root of a site and tried the forbidden test. Didnt work.

Tried a few others like

RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^phpinfo\.htm$ phpinfo.php [NC,L]


but still no luck, can anyone help at all?

All I want is for the following to happen:

http://scoreltd.com/atlanta/products/index.php?c=12&p=29

to

http://scoreltd.com/atlanta/products/AE%20Sensors/SE192-E

But i dont know why the Ape software isnt working even when i test on the root
