I need a rule to move or redirect this domain so users with the old URL, get pointed to the new URL, where "12345" is the ID.

OLD URL: http://www.thisdomain.com/project/agreement.cfm?id=12345

to

NEW URL: https://secure.thisdomain.com/project/agreement.cfm?id=12345
