I would like to remove the trailing slash in ISAPI_Rewrite 2 instead of forcing the trailing slash.

Example:
http://www.3plains.com/logos/
to
http://www.3plains.com/logos

Currently the rule I have is:
# Force a trailing
RewriteCond Host: (.*)
RewriteRule ([^.?]+[^.?/]) http\://$1$2/ [I,R]

It should be like this:

RewriteCond Host: (.*)
