I cannot seem to find an answer that works for what I am attempting to do.  Sorry if I missed it.

I want to use the rewrite to add www. to the URL if someone doesn't type it in.

http://mydomain.com  needs to go to http://www.mydomain.com

I also need this to work if there are parameters after the .com as well
