Where can I locate the error log files please?

ISAPI_Rewrite logs (rewrite and error log) are located in ISAPI_Rewrite installation folder by default.
You can change their location using ErrorLog and RewriteLog directives.

Helicon Jet log (which shows only config parsing errors) is located either in Helicon Jet installation folder, or, if Jet is registered for the
specific site, near the Jet dll.
