I wanted to know if its possible to configure link freeze to change only the parameters after my file name

this is the issues that I am having

http://www.Domain.com/Folder-Name/File-name.asp?Cat=CategoryName
is being converted to
http://www.Domain.com/Folder-Name/File-name-Cat-CategoryName.asp

But its not working.. I am guessing its because the Folder-Name has the same charachter that I am using to replace the ?, & and the =

- exactly. To resolve this you may use some other replacement character, e.g. ~ or _ or some other rarely used one.
