Hi,

I've been trying to get ISAPI rewrite installed on a Vista machine, but I'm having the following problems:

Once installed, I can only get the rules to work from the one config file in program files/helicon/isapi_rewrite - any rule files I have in individual web sites do not work.

This would be ok, I only work on one site at a time on this machine so this wouldn't be a problem as i can just use /localhost BUT the rules don't work when using the .net debugger so for example when viewing the site at /localhost:51060 the rules do not work. So unfortunately this means I'm unable to work.

Is there something I'm missing, or this is a known limitation?

thanks
Pete

Just to add, I've tried version 2 and 3 of ISAPI rewrite and have the problem with both.

Replying to myself again... I've got the site-specific rules working using version 3, but I'm still not able to run it through a port number on localhost for .net application debugging.

Problem solved. I made a bit of mess of the various config files. All working now.
