Hi,
We use the Rewrite very successfully - but I have a couple of questions please...
Firstly - Are Isapi-rewrite and Helicon Jet compatible?
Secondly - Does Helicon Jet compress CSS and JS too?
I've read through the specs but cannot find the information.
Many thanks,
Rob

1. Yes, all ISAPI_Rewrite versions should work fine.
2. Yes if client supports compressing of these file types.

Ok we are working with the trial on our test server and all seems good - the website is flying.
I have 2 more questions please...
1. You mention 30% discount if we send an installation report - is there anything specific you want to know about this?
2. Also - as I mentioned we have a test server and a production server - will we need 2 licenses ?
Thanks,
Rob

1. Please, simply describe your server configuratio (OS version, ets.) web site load and Helicon Jet configuration used.
2. I don't really think you need Helicon Jet on a test server. Bandwidth saving and site acceleration is not so important for development and test environment.

Feedback: We can't get it to work straight out of the box
The dll is appearing in the IIS site - it's enabled in helicon manager - using filemon we can see activity on the server but the actual dll doesn't look like it's been loaded in to the iis site.
On the isapi filters tab in iis - we have the isapi rewrite dll with priority of high but the helicon dll priority is 'unknown' and the status is 'unknown'
The only activity relating to the helicon jet is the dat files in the install folder being accessed.
Any ideas?
Rob

We have also checked the error logs and there doesn't seem to be anything related in there.

We've also just uninstalled and re-installed according to your manual instructions and this has not done anything different.

Unknown status for IIS6 only shows that IIS has not updated status of the filter yet. After you give to the filter some time to run and then restart your IIS console you should see correct status then.

Ok re-starting IIS worked - we had to do this after adding it to each site manually - the main site is up and running and is approx 50% faster :-)
Thanks for all your help.

Actually you needed to restart IIS Console - control panel, not the IIS itself.
PS: Helicon Jet is released today. I just sent you a discount coupon.
