Redmine App takes too long to load after been Idle
Hello
Im running a Redmine Zoo app, everything works fine, gmail, subversion and all that... but, if i dont usit for like 10 minutes, it takes too long when i come back to redmine.
Is there a setting where i can set the time to recycle ?

There are several different places where you can set up recycling options. One is a Helicon Zoo configuration in the applicationHost.config If you are using early version of Helicon Zoo (more than 3 month old) then this could be an issue as by default it was configured to recycle worker after some idle. Newer versions of Zoo will keep one worker alive during idle, so this could not be an issue.
Please see documentation here: http://www.helicontech.com/zoo/module.htm (see minInstances parameter)
Another place is IIS recycling settings which can be set in the ApplicationPool options within IIS manager. Most likely your issue is with the IIS recycling settings.
And one more possible situation is worker crash. If the only available worker crashes due to some error in the Ruby code, it may take some time for Zoo to start a new worker. But Redmine application is not known to cause crashes, so I don't think this is the issue. Please check your IIS settings.
