Zoo 1.0.0.48 changes?

I recently updated to 1.0.0.48 and am now getting lots of ZooApplication I/O Errors (error code 995, ZooApplication.cpp line 816).

ZooError.log catches them, but shows only:

JobFastCgi[#2] - /url/with/error

The worker logs are empty.

These are happening on urls/views that have been functioning, stable, and unmodified for a long time, including some Django admin pages. My guess is that there is some timeout happening, but I don't understand why or how I could go about debugging.

There was a problem with build 48 related to deploy scripts which may also affect your configuration. Please try to upgrade your Helicon Zoo Module now to the most current version (1.0.0.51 for now).

I would say that the latest version can fix this type of problem. Upgrading to the latest version works.
