Unable to delete application from Helicon Zoo in IIS

I created an application in Helicon Zoo (jetty.8 servlet) and when I delete the application and apply it is still present after I navigate away and back. This is on all of my virtual directories under one site. I've tried deleting from the website itself

I've tried deleting and running iisreset and deleting while iis was stopped
