Trouble on using ruby project template

Hi,

I have a windows server 2008 r2 running. After downloading WPI and using Helicon Zoo I've installe ruby using rubyinstaller. According to the guide it shouldn't be a problem. The issue is that it stays on step 2 (Installing) were there are 2 progress bars:
- Finish download
- Installing

and nothing happens after that.

Is there something I need to do in order to make this work? or is it that the ruby template is old so it no longer works.
