Prevent django worker logging?

10 Mar 2014, 11:04

Hello, after reading this (http://www.helicontech.com/forum/18977- ... ors-1.html) I wonder how I could prevent so many empty files being written, because my error is the following :

Code: Select all
Helicon Zoo module has caught up an error. Please see the details below.
Windows error
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (ERROR CODE: 32)
Internal module error
message: Can't create log file D:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum\logs\django.project [2014_03_10 14_51_15] worker-1.log type: ZooException file: Common\LogFile.cpp line: 36 version: 3.1.98.508

Thanks for information because my OSQA randomly crashes with 500 errors as above.

I somewhat fixed the error by fixing permissions for IIS and IIS_IUSR onto "logs" directory, but my question still remains.

Hello,

First, please set ERROR_LOG_DIR = NULL or don't set this param at all.
And please update to the latest build available, we've made some changes to logging.

To upgrade, go to WebPI, find Zoo module, press Install button next to it and confirm installation. It will upgrade the module to the latest build available.

Return to Helicon Zoo
