Modifying REMOTE_ADDR in Request-Header

Hi,

I looking for a code-example to modify the IP-address on incoming requests.

For example the IP-address should be modified like this:

212.82.19.127
to
10.10.19.127

The frist two segments should me replace with "10"

Can anybody help me?
