How to Redirect Application pages to Another site

Would someone be able to help with the following redirection. Trying to redirect coldfusion application page based on park ID number.
For example ID=2 would go to ID=2 and ID=205 would go to ID=205 and so on but the redirection is to different path and domain?

From: http://app.internal.com/parkfinder_wa/i ... ark_id=205
To: http://app.staff.com/parkfinder/parkdet ... parkid=205
