Encoding In the

Having trouble with this one. My normal redirects look something like this:
However, I am having a hard time building one when the URL has ENCODING in it, such as the one below.
Ideally I would like this to just redirect back to: http://www.avst.com/blog

As far as I can see the combination of characters that you've mentioned "/blog%C2%A0" does not reach Ape at all. It seems like these symbols are getting filtered by IIS or some other module (like request filtering) before Ape has a chance to operate. I am sorry, I currently cannot investigate it further.
