LinkFreeze can transform links like this into

http://www.landincorporated.com/Preview~pID~e2ceca25-c923-4108-a9b9-908fdcfc13f7.html

or similar

If you need more flexible solution please look at ISAPI_Rewrite

Would this new url help with Google indexing? I currently have about 500 urls that are not getting indexed. Will this method slow down the site when someone searches?

LinkFreeze is destined for search engine optimization, indexing, reindexing old pages etc.

Does linkfreeze only create a URL with a .htm extension?

For example if I have a URL http://www.selme.com/parkingpage.asp?domainname=fashion.us.com

what is the neatest result?

http://www.selme.com/fashion.us.com is best but is there anyway to achieve this neatness?

If ISAP_Rewrite is more flexible, then how come Linkfreeze costs a lot more please?

LinkFreeze is more expensive because it is capable of automatically changing links on pages (which ISAPI_Rewrite cannot do).

Your task cannot be solved with LinkFreeze, but can be solved with ISAPI_Rewrite.

Thanks for the reply Anton. I am lacking understanding. So, if I have a lot of subdomains and I want them to appear in the URL string as http://www.selme.com/fashion.us.com  or http://www.selme.com/beautifuldays.com for individual subdomains.

I can do that with ISAPI rewrite? The real URL for a subdomain can be http://www.selme.com/parkingpage.asp?domainname=beautifuldays.com .Sometimes a category will be in the string http://www.selme.com/parkingpage.asp?cat=10&domainname=beautifuldays.com and it would be great to show these as http://www.selme.com/beautifuldays.com/cat/10

Is all this possible with Isapi rewrite? Can you tell me what you mean by Linkfreeze can 'automatically changing links'? I am sorry I dont understand.. I have dynamic content and I need to know what is best.

Yes, everything you described is possible with ISAPI_Rewrite.
The config should look like this:

RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^(cat=(\d+)&)?domainname=([^&]+)$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^parkingpage\.asp$ /?%1%3/cat/%2:%3? [NC,R]
RewriteRule ^([^/]+)(/cat/(\d+))?/?$ parkingpage.asp\??2cat=$3&:domainname=$1 [NC,L]
