I have following rule in my httpd.ini of ISAPI_REWRITE 2 on Win2k3 Server
Code:

[ISAPI_Rewrite]

RewriteCond Host: ^norfolkflorist\.com
#RewriteRule (.*) http\://www\.norfolkflorist\.com$1 [I,RP]


When i goto following URL.
http://norfolkflorist.com/
The server gives me following response

The requested resource was moved. It could be found here: http://www.norfolkflorist.com/

i just cannot find out why?. It works on other server is it something related to configuration of ISAPI?

What you have showed here is not a rule. It is a syntax error followed by a comment. Show your real configuration, please.

This is what i have in the configuration. Can you let me know how do i achieve the 301 redirection. I have applied the same rule as available on Helicon website but it still gives me a HTTP 200 OK code with a string sent back to browser stating
