I love ISAPI_Rewrite . We have been using it for almost half a year and it never faild us. We are using ISAPI_Rewrite for IIS  for search engine optimization, proxying other server's , blocking content leeching and server security.

The application is realy easy for setup and use and proved itself to be reliable and effective.
