I have sent a couple mails to support, etc. I have tried to purchase 4 separate times paying via paypal and I end up getting a message thanking me for my order but that it has been delayed (no funds removed from my account). I have been trying for over a week.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, I have tried again for the last time to purchase your product. This will be the second time with a credit card in the last two days and the 6th time total. I really would like some assistance here, as I am losing business because the trial has long expired and I can't rewrite my URL's.
Here's my most recent confirmation #, which I have absolutely no faith will go through given all the other times with both paypal and credit card have not gone through. I have ordered many things before and since utilizing these payment methods without any difficulty at all, so please lend a hand. Please!!
