Other than the license agreements for linkfreeze and Isapi rewrite is there commercial terms available for download anywhere?

Is a commercial license required for using either linkfreeze or isapi rewrite on commercial sites. I am sure this is unnecessary but just need to make doubly sure.

No, only acceptance of EULA is required.
