Your product sounds great.  Presently I only need it for one website though  do expect to be able to sell it to all my clients.  If I buy the website version now will I able able to upgrade to server license afterwards.  If so, at what cost?

Such upgrades are not automatic. Please contact support service when you need to upgrade your license. Price depends on the time you have been using website license.
