We are currently on IIS and need to know where to start to implement redirection.  We downloaded the 3.X version and want to replace www.website.com/directory/page.asp?id=123 to be www.website.com/directory/this-is-the-product.html . 

Once the application has been installed where do we incorporate rules so that entering the first url above will display the second one.

I'm sure this has already been answered in your forum but we looked through several topics and couldn't find anything.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
