I have a problem with building redirect.

I have this working php-link:
http://mysite.com/directory/directory.php?directoryid=123

I need this link:
http://mysite.com/directory/physio-listing/123.htm

Could you, please, help me.

You need ISAPI_Rewrite here. The rule would be as follows:

RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^directory/[^/?]+/(\w+)\.htm$ /directory/directory.php?directoryid=$1 [NC,L]

And you will need to format new links on your pages manually.
