My current filter is this:

@(?!.*/ps_csr|.*ps_show)[^?]+\.aspx.*

It works as intended on all pages except a new one i've created.

This page:
http://www.mysite.com/ps/ps_ViewItem~idProduct~AM1311.html

has a link to this page, and the link is not being converted:
http://www.mysite.com/ps/ps_ViewItem.aspx?idProduct=AM1311&tab=1

I need a new filter that has all the same function as the above one, but also works for the link i've posted here.

Maybe the problem is in the link format itself? Please show me the page with problematic linc and your entire LinkFreeze .ini file.

Here is a link:

http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_ViewItem~idProduct~MD3171.html

Also if you go to the homepage of that site you will see that some of the banners on the right have links to aspx files instead of html, i  can't figure out why.

By default LinkFreeze will not modify links with absolute format, i.e. links that start from http://www.domain... You may disable this option by checking Transform absolute links box.
