I have some problem with old firewalls . The symbol "~" is encoded to %7E and LinkFreeze doesn't recognize it.

One solution is to use '-' instead of '~' as a substitution character. With the latest version of LinkFreeze it is quite safe.
Another solution is to install ISAPI_Rewrite and to decode these characters back before LinkFreeze. The rule would be like the following:

RewriteRule ([^?]*)%7E(.*) $1~$1 [I,NS]
