I installed hotlinkblocker on a windows 2003 server with ISAPI re-write installed.  I used an /images directory in a hosted domain to test hotlinkBlocker but the ini file just showed /images with no domain or directory information. It never blocked any requests so I uninstalled it for now.

Does this support multiple domains?  If so, how?  The documentation doesn't seem to address this.

Sorry, but I didn't understand your explanation. Can you please show me your site, directory with protected content and how this content is linked from your site (page examples)? Also show me how you have configured HotlinkBlocker?
