Hello,I download the HotlinkBlocker 1.3 build 45 .But it doesn't work with media file.The image file is ok.

Os is Windows 2003 . newly installed . Here is my ini file.

There are two files in the music folder.One picture and one mp3 file.
The picture is in effect while the mp3 file can't load.
