At my job we have a site that was made quite a while back using VB.NET and the site can't get cached by google. I am not sure if I should use ISAPI_Rewrite or LinkFreeze to fix the issue.

I suggest you to try LinkFreeze first.

I have a similar question.

I have a website built on auction software. It creates pages with addresses like: "/detail.asp?id=1000".

I want to turn these into static pages. Which program should I purchase?

The answer for you is the same - try LinkFreeze first.
