I use ORCS Web as my web hosting company, and they set me up with ISAPI Rewrite over a year ago. It's awesome, flawless, reliable, fast and undetectable.

Our CMS fully supports people running your product, so now they can have multiple independant CMS-driven web sites running on a cheap hosted account.
