I have installed ISAPI Rewrite 3.0 on our Windows 2003 server.

Will the same license work locally so I can develop the site with the rewriting on my own machine before uploading?

Hi Dave.
ISAPI_Rewrite is licensed per web server (computer). You will need to buy a separate license for every physical machine that will have ISAPI_Rewrite installed.
