I cannot get a previous working version of the ISAPI Rewrite Version 3 to work with the rewrite Rule of

with the full licensed version and receive error 404

I have tried everything including ensuring .rwhlp extension is configured correctly to support Proxy.

Rewrite rule of [R] works fine.
