I'm working on a client site hosted at a 3rd party shared host.  The installation of ISAPI is local to their domain and I have no control over it.  It appears to be installed correctly as the log files show processing, but I can't get any rules to work.

Here is the contents of my httpd.ini file:

[ISAPI_Rewrite]
RewriteRule ^/cart\.html$ /photoproshop/basket.asp

Also, I'm told by the server admin folks that they're running "Windows Advance Server 2000 with Service Pack 4 with an internal name of 'webserv' with IIS 5."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
