I am trying to have ISAPI_Rewrite running on two different sites with two seperate rule sets. This is running on IIS 6 and they are completely different domains but the same sever. Is this possible? Is so, has anyone have any instructions on setup, possible problems, etc.

You could simply have two different httpd.ini's for two different IIS sites.
