I need a rule that will take http://www.mydomain.com/folder and permanently redirect the main URL and all pages from that URL. (Example I need http://www.mydomain.com/folder to go to http://folder.mydomain.com. I also need http://www.mydomain.com/folder/page.asp to go to http://folder.mydomain.com/page.asp.)

So I need one rule that will direct that URL to the new A record and all pages to the new A record with the appropriate page.

Please help ASAP. I have searched the entire forum plus I've tried everything with no success.
