Hello,

I have your product installed on two webservers.  I am experiencing an issue where hotlinkblocker crashes intermittently on both machines and a restart of IIS is required to get it back up.  I am using the X-HotlinkBlocker-Signature from the request header and that is no longer sent down to the client until IIS is restarted.

We are running CFMX7.02 on the machines and also port80 softwares httpzip compression.

Any ideas?

Today I disabled httpZip on both webservers and just experienced the same recurrence of the failure again on one of the servers.  Any other ideas?

OK, is it the most current version of HotlinkBlocker? If no, please download and install latest build form our web site.

This is very odd.
Please show your web site URL and describe your system configuration.
Would it be possible for us to have a termianl access to this server?

I'm sorry due to the time sensitive nature of the project utilizing hotlinkblocker, I've decided upon another companies product which is working flawlessly in our environment.  I will email your support email directly to discuss a possible refund since we never did go live with hotlinkblocker.

Thanks for your help.
