To Helicon developers,
I have purchased hotlinkblocker for more than 8 months. It's been serving superbly. However, recently I encountered some problema displaying images through hotlinkblocker. The quick fix I found was to generate new security key, adjust the timeout value and apply the new hotlinkblocker change via IIS. Then, the images will load up normally again.

The specs of my web server, it's running on Windows 2000 server, 1G of RAM, P4 and has applied with all latest windows update. We have a lot of traffic to this server.

I was wondering if there are some load limits to hotlinkblocker. This can be a serious problem as some images has to be online all the time.

It will be greatly appreciated if you know the root of this problem. Let me know if you need more info. Thanks.

Configuration files are located in Filters folder under HotlinkBlocker installation directory. You can check version and build of your HotlinkBlocker installation in the Add Remove programs snap-in or by viewing properties of HotlinkBlocker.dll.
Anyway for futher invesigation we will need you to upgrade to the latest build of HotlinkBlocker if needed. Current build is 1.3.0.47 and upgrading can be done automatically only by running new installation file.
