i recently updated my server to Windows 2008, installed
Ape and my website just reloads the homepage. i've
followed the instructions for a joomla website but this
does nothing.

I'm running Plesk 10.4.4 and enquired with Parallels and
was told Helicon Ape is Compatible...

I really want to purchase this software but refused to
entertain the thought without it working...

Can someone please help! as my company website is down

Hello,

Usually when Plesk is involved the issue is with permissions.
Please check if List folder content permissions are granted to Ape folder and folders containing .htaccess.
Also please make sure no Deny permissions are interfering.
You can also look into error.log for more information.
