I'm doing the 45 day trial of Ape and it's working great on one of my domains however when I enable it on any other domain I get the following error:

Please make sure there's .NET 2.0 installed
And check what version of Ape is actually installed and change the number in web.config to the current version installed.

Thanks Anton, changing to .NET 2.0 in IIS for these domains seems to have cleared up the problem.
