I have a licensed version of Ape 3.0.0.66 running on a Windows Server 2003 web server. Recently I changed the site default version of the .NET framework from v2.0 to v4.0. Now Ape no longer works and I don't even think it is loaded by the web server judging by the lack of log entry additions.

I have an additional application pool configured for v4.0 of the framework. If I toggle the pool and .NET framework version for a virtual folder to v4.0 then Ape does nothing. Putting both settings back to v2.0 makes Ape work again.

How do I get it working with v4.0 and v2.0 on the same web server running many individual user virtual directories? Or failing that how do I get it working with just v4.0 globally across the whole web server?

Hello.
Helicon Ape should work on ASP.NET 4 under Windows 2003. Please send all configuration files to support@helicontech.com
Thank you.

Apart from the Ape configuration do you need any other files?

With the wildcard mapping requirement under Windows Server 2003 should it point to the v4.0 aspnet_isapi.dll if we want to use v4.0? Or must it always map to the v2.0 one?

Hello.
The DLL version must be the same as ASP.NET version set for a web-site.
