I have the following url http://www.onlineticketsusa.com/Concerts/Kenny-Chesney-Country-Concert-tickets.htm

I need to convert the uppercase characters to lowercase. What rule do I need in my httpd.ini file to do this. I am using the lite version.

The rule will be:

[ISAPI_Rewrite]

RewriteRule (.*[A-Z].*) $1 [CL,RP]
