We've used HotLink Blocker on one Windows 2003/IIS 6.0 server for some
time and it's worked great. We recently installed it on a load balanced server
with the exact configuration of the first web server, but the ISAPI filter
doesn't seem to be loading. We are using LINK protection and verified the
correct 16 x's are present. However, under the ISAPI properties page in IIS,
the filter shows but the Status indicator is blank, whereas on our good server
the status indicator is the green arrow. We've rebooted the server,
uninstalled and reinstalled, but no joy.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Please check for possible related records (errors) in server event log.
Also please check if HotlinkBlocker is license correctly.
And make sure sufficient NTFS permissions are granted for dll and config.
