Does Isapi Rewrite 2 works on Windows 2008 R2 64 bit? In
this link (http://www.helicontech.com/download-
isapi_rewrite.htm) I only saw up to Windows 2003 for x64.

Hello,
Unfortunately there is no 64bit version for Windows 2008. Please consider to use ISAPI_Rewrite 3 (http://www.helicontech.com/isapi_rewrite/).
However the best solution for Windows 2008 (R2) would be Helicon Ape (http://www.helicontech.com/ape/). This product includes URL rewriting features along with others like content optimization, website/server protection, SEO. There is a free license which allows you to use 100% features of Helicon Ape, but only for 3 websites. Full server license costs 95$.
