Hello,
I have virtual directory call /BLOGS and now that I've installed ISAPI Rewrite I can't access www.abc.com/blogs anymore. Is there a rule that I can apply to not have /blogs use the rules. It is a separate application and it uses its own rewrite functionality.

I keep getting a INTERNAL REDIRECT in the logs.

Hello,

There're couple ways to achieve this:
1) take a look at excluding specific folders from being rewritten at FAQ
2) you create a rule that rewrites to itself and is placed on the top of config file.

Sorry, but I don't understand. I tried using
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^(?!(?:blogs)/.*).+$ default.aspx [NC,R=301,L]

but it didn't work. Any other thoughts?

Please provide the rules that you use and the rewrite.log for the testing request.
We'll create a rule to exclude /blogs from being rewritten.

I was also able to use...

RewriteRule ^(forum|blogs|rss) - [L]

and that worked for my other directories.
