Please try to use somethiing like this:

[ISAPI_Rewrite]
RewriteCond %HTTPS off
RewriteCond Host: www\.example\.com
RewriteRule /subdirectory1(.*) https\://secure\.example\.com/subdirectory2$1 [I,P]
