I first want to thank Anton for great innovation of this service and the great product support that he continues to give on his site. This is a great tool.
Helicon Tech ISAPI ASP URL Rewrite SEO system is being used on our servers every single day. We use ISAPI URL Rewrite through appliedi.net, our host, which we also recommend, for making a URLs more craw-able, accessible and easier to navigate.
Our past URL structure was:

You can see from the results above how great the tool is. Simply brilliant. Every site on a Windows IIS server needs this script for SEO!
How clean and great is this tool? We noticed search engine results in a matter of days, we rank better, our URLS look cleaner, we even have used a range of modification on the hack itself - including breadcrumb classes, URL systems and structure changing.. it is great!
For developers I recommend the service as the most powerful URL rewrite system that you can get - believe me when I say this, as a free from commercial hype post - I searched for a range of plugins and hacks that I could apply for SEO on our servers and even tried a range of pre-built windows hacks and modifications and was not satisfied.. Helicon URL just came up in the search engines, I immediately tried looking for a new host and installed the system!

We use c# to make a database call which pulls all products and creates HTML URLS with redirects - we even have a breadcrumb system.. BRILLIANT..
